Pocket Change

A dollar and some change
Not even enough for the bus
Oh what gracious luck
A few measly coins and a buck
I could buy myself a candy bar
Some crackers or a coke
But I already have some coffee
And I think the vending machine's broke
A dollar and some change
I could grab a beer on the way home
Or a single Black & Mild to smoke
A single beer will make me sleepy
And tobacco just makes me choke
